Profile Selection: Let us know whether you’re a Government, Investor, Innovator, or University.
Basic Details: Provide your name, organization, role, and contact information.
High-Level Goals: In a brief free-text field, tell us what you hope to achieve—job creation, IP commercialization, diversifying portfolios, or funding new ventures.
Step
Review & Discovery Call
We verify that your profile aligns with one of our four program tracks.
Within 24–48 hours, you’ll get an email invitation to schedule a 20-minute Discovery Call with your dedicated Relationship Manager.
During this call, we’ll clarify any questions, gather any missing details, and explain program timelines, expected outcomes, and equity structures.

Qualification Phase
Data Collection: You’ll receive a secure link to upload any relevant documents (IP lists, R&D summaries, financial targets, etc.) if applicable to your profile.
AI-Driven Screening: For Innovators and Universities, our AI tools evaluate technical feasibility and market potential. For Governments and Investors, we assess alignment with economic objectives and portfolio strategies.
Preliminary Report: Within 5–7 business days, we send you a “Fit & Opportunity” summary, illustrating which assets or objectives are best suited for our CBaaS model.

Program Agreement & Kickoff
We prepare a straightforward, UK-governed Program Agreement that outlines roles, responsibilities, equity splits, and timelines.
Once signed, your program officially begins. You immediately move into the intake, screening, and company creation phases (for Governments and Universities) or portfolio construction (for Investors and Innovators).
