FyrstGen.Biz is pioneering a new era of innovation commercialization and entrepreneurship through its proprietary platform: Company Building as a Service® (CBaaS®) — the world’s first centralized engine for rapid small and medium enterprise (SME) creation and scaling.
For the first time ever, innovators and universities can fully outsource the company building process. We currently support a network of over 200 universities by providing them and their innovators access to CBaaS. Instead of asking innovators to become entrepreneurs, we offer a seamless path from idea to impact.
How it works

Step 1
The innovation is born
A student, researcher, or faculty member develops a prototype or solution with real-world potential.
Step 2
MoU opens the door
The innovator or university signs a UK-governed Memorandum of Understanding - granting free access to the FyrstGen.biz platform.
Step 3
MVP is submitted
Eligible innovations must be at Innovation Maturity Level 6 or higher and aligned with at least one United Nations Sustainable Development Goal. All sectors are welcome except for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, and software (these will be considered in a future phase). Both patented and non-patented innovations are eligible.
Step 4
FyrstGen evaluates
We assess maturity, commercial viability, and impact. Only innovations meeting the criteria established in Step 3 will move forward.
Step 5
The company is born
We create a UK-based Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to house the IP and prepare it for global commercialization.
Step 6
Global exposure begins
The company enters our B2B portal, connecting with investors, suppliers, retailers, and strategic partners worldwide.
Step 7
Real producers, real traction
Only producers who commit to bulk orders stay in the ecosystem - ensuring execution, not empty interest.
Step 8
Capital event or payout
When deals close, the innovator receives 25% equity. No revenue in 3 years? The IP is returned, with $100,000 compensation.
